Trade Settlement Service
We convert broker trade confirmations into structured settlement data and deliver it to your custodian.
Clients forward the confirmations they have checked. We identify the format, extract and validate the trade details, and pass a clean data package to the settlement bank. Every trade stays visible from the moment it arrives until it settles.
Confirmations are documents. Settlement needs data.
An investment client trading through several brokers receives a confirmation for every trade. Each broker sends its own format: PDF attachments, structured emails, plain text, different layouts for the same kind of instrument.
The settlement bank cannot process documents. It needs the trade as data. In practice that means someone reads each confirmation and types it into a system. The work is slow, it grows with trade volume, and every manual entry is a chance to get a number wrong.
How it fits together
How it works
- 01
Forward
The client checks the confirmation and forwards it to a dedicated intake. Forwarding is the client’s confirmation that the trade should go to settlement.
- 02
Parse and validate
We detect which broker format the document uses and extract the trade details: instrument, quantity, price, amounts and settlement date. The extracted values are checked before anything leaves our system.
- 03
Deliver
A structured data package goes to the settlement bank, ready to process. No re-keying at either end.
- 04
Monitor
Each trade is tracked through parsing, validation, delivery and downstream settlement status.
What you get
Monitoring portal
A dashboard and a trade list, with a timeline for every trade showing when it arrived, how it was read, whether it validated, when it was delivered and where it stands at the bank.
Exception handling
Unsupported formats, failed validation, unknown senders and rejections by the bank are caught rather than passed on. The client is notified automatically, with a plain explanation and the next step.
Audit trail
Every trade keeps a full record of what arrived, what was extracted and what was delivered.
Multi-broker by design
Add brokers without adding process. A new format is handled by the service, not by your staff.

Who it is for
Custodians and settlement banks
Receive client trades as structured data instead of documents. The intake work that currently sits with your operations team moves out of it.
Family offices and asset managers
Trade through as many brokers as you need. Forwarding a confirmation you have already checked is the only step that stays with you.
Extensions
The service runs as described above. These extend it.
